Providing safe and supportive spaces for Black,
Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) students
to share their experiences and receive targeted support.

Tier 3Individual Support
Offering personalized support for students with specific
needs, including the development of CCSEIS Plans,
Behavior Support Plans, and consultations with schools,
administrators, and teachers.

Delivering professional supervision for social work and counseling services within schools to ensure best practices are followed and effective support is provided.

Staff Mental Health Support
Promoting the well-being of educators by providing
mental health support services, recognizing the
importance of staff well-being for a healthy school
environment.

School District Consultation on CBO/Partnerships, Audit of Services
Engaging with school districts to offer expert consultation
on community-based organizations, partnerships,
and conducting audits of existing services to identify and address areas for improvement.
